Right on schedule. Nothing stops this guy from taking his vacations come hell or high water.

President Obama goes on a vacation for twelve days while congress goes on a vacation for 6 weeks. When he gets back, congress will still be on vacation. And when congress gets back, they will still be on vacation at tax payers expense.
