Okay guys…..a story.

 

Every now and then….I will get a jones for something on the sweet side……….but rarely………but I am human too………………you know those snack sized KitKat bars……………I have had them in my freezer since last Halloween…………………they are still good because I take care of my stuff…………they were right where I put them………….last October………………..and a commercial didn’t tell me to go and get them.

 

I did (And I only ate two of them…..remember….snack sized)

 

 

 

 

 

Out think “it” (The beast that is killing America on the installment plan!)

 

It is all about moderation.

Even when it comes to eating out.

I love to eat out………………………too.

(But…I use my God given talents when I do……eat out)

 

I think things through.

 

I will try to eat things that won’t be bad for me.

We all need to do that…………..think!!!!!!
