The house…or I should say….2^nd floor duplex…where we lived until we moved was a firetrap and a half! Shortly after we moved out of the Firetrap and that is exactly what it was! One way in and one way out.

The older duplexes were built like that. The lower flat…front door….upstairs…..back staircase………..what they were thinking….I don’t know…….no sense….back then I guess.

Anyway…shortly after we moved out of the firetrap…

… A women and her two kids burned to death in the firetrap. The cause was arson. The guy was convicted. The house is no longer there. Empty lot.

Why did we move? I spoke to my Mother….she’s 70 and she doesn’t remember. It is a good thing that we  did move. The guy burned it for insurance money…he didn’t care who was living in it.

Something or someone made us move. (The fire took place shortly after we moved)

Camille…..for a fact…I was not allowed to die.
