if people only knew what the Police have to go through everyday. Yes they chose that path, knowing full well the risks involved, but at the end of the day, someone has to fill those positions in trade for a somewhat civilized society to exist without total mayhem.

And yes, there are corrupt cops, but every group has them, not just cops. In that regard, I don't envy what the Police do on a daily basis.

There's a good reason you never see oriental Americans rioting when they don't have their way, or get pulled over by police on a regular basis. You also never see Indians, or just about any other group, whining about their state of affairs, because those groups don't perpetuate bad behavior from one generation to the other.

Obviously it is harder to move ahead when you're trapped in a loop, but it would only take a half a generation, or less to change the mindset, and a lot of the social mishaps would slowly fade away. Until this happens, the very people who aren't guilty will have to suffer because of the few who propel the unnecessary stigma that goes along with the unruly behavior.
