I'm sorry, I just don't agree with this kind of discipline. I don't have a problem with the belt, but I do have a problem with filming and posting it. This will do real harm to her daughter. She will be teased unmercifully at school. This will cause her to become very aggressive and a problem child. The parent, by posting beating could face charges and have child taken away from her. This is what happens when children have children.
