Turns out that the Benghazi coverage was about a massive cover-up -- not a fire -- and the only political cover being given by the news media is the mainstream media's compliance in covering up for the Obama administration, and most specifically Hillary Clinton.

People who smugly accused Fox News of being a branch of the Republican party are nothing but political cheerleaders themselves, and incapable of viewing any world events in a subjective manner. Their only goal is to limit the liability of Obama and Democrats, even if it means they stifle any morality left in themselves and excuse illegal activities and cover-ups that make Nixon look innocent.

Tom Ricks is afraid of being exposed along with the rest of the charlatans. Fox wasn't grandstanding, they were exposing the TRUTH. The best is yet to come, then I want to hear all the excuses.....!

Both of you missed Rick's point. There were hundreds of other contractors killed who never got recognized. Benghazi was used as a political tool. Anyone who thinks Fox isn't the right hand of the Republican party is in denial, and rightly so in their minds because they're biased in the first place.

I believe there were 18 other such incidents under Bush's term, but not no one made a big deal about them.

Fox is not a right hand of the Republican party. I am not in denial. Hopefully that is clear.

You know about contractors being killed in the Iraq war because these things were reported on by a press that was interested in uncovering the truth, and an administration that did not lie about it. The ONLY reason we know about Benghazi is because ONE news station actively investigated the outrageous LIE put out there by the Obama administration about some video tape causing an uproar, and the Obama administration's cover-up intended to help the re-election of Obama and shelter Hillary Clinton from scrutiny.

The fact that you are incapable of seeing these things is your problem to work on. This is not a problem of a news station that you don't like because you want your favorite politicians to be sheltered from criticism.

Fox News has been slowly uncovering the truth, and you don't like it. That's why you parrot the left-wing mantra about Fox News being a wing of the Republican party. It's easier to slam the messenger than deal with the truth that your favorite politicians have been doing some very bad stuff.
