Awesome, looks like you put a lot of effort into that. Any chance you could post some usage tips based on how you yourself interpret and use this info to pick your numbers to play?

Thanks for the much appreciated comment, Todd! It's very simple for me in deciding when I am ready to actually put money on the lottery:

1. I wait for a chaotic phase to appear, (4 or more numbers), in +A, +B, +E, +F mode.

2. I take the two, (Upper Tier/Lower Tier), strings of numbers, (posted below the Lotto Alert!), wheel the numbers using a 4if5of19 and 4if5of20 wheel reducing each wheel using sum reductions. The sum chart is used as a guage to determine the probability of where the total sum will emerge.

3. I prefer waiting until all of the conditions above are in place, and it appears that the total sum is headed towards 95 to 105.

4. I generally wheel both strings of numbers unless I have a very strong intuition that the numbers are headed towards a certain mode. I have been successful with that, but don't necessarily endorse it.
