I like the idea of tracking numbers by sorted position and by decades. I do not like too many numbers in a group as I used a full filtered wheel. I came up with this one this am. Can be used for any jackpot game.

you could use something like this.
the first position in col c is the lottery decade
the second position in col c is the code digit

this could keep a separation on the even and odd
numbers in the decades.
Also have a separation on below mid and above mid
in the decades.
