It is bullsh!t like this.
The aggressor will look at the teacher and laugh.

This lady was a veteran teacher, she should have known better. When you take matters into your own hands it will only get worse. She should have immediately alerted the administration. Once the administration is involved they will take the necessary steps to stop the bullying or discipline the parties involved.
