Anyone with common sense will ask the same questions and apply the same logic that Al has here as well as what I did in another entry. I hadn't even read this one before I posted there, either. There's no way Brown's gonna get shot once, get a few feet away (about twenty according to police reports), turn around and charge the cop AGAIN. He fled, stopped, turned around with his hands up, and was still shot to death. The officer probably commanded him to stop or he was gonna shoot I'm betting.

Wilson probably felt justified since Brown scuffled with him and 'allegedly' went for his gun. But, you still cannot shoot a fleeing unarmed person...even when they turn around and face you. This is where the trouble will start and the prosecutors will have to really work this part to establish their case with jurors. If you go into Wal-Mart, steal something, and break out running getting pass the front door, no security or police can shoot you. If you stop and turn around without posing any threat, they cannot shoot you. I'm not trying to get Brown off but, there are some intricate details to analyze here regarding HOW he was shot.
