I hope someone with a good memory can confirm my question:  I"m from Missouri; last year the only way to enter the promotions was to enter your non winning holiday scratch offs was through mailing them to the Missouri lottery address shown on the back of the holiday scratch off (which was Jefferson City, MO).  There was NO online entry.   I didn't read entire information on the back of my non winning holiday scratch offs this year and MAILED them.  I later found that they were not eligible for the promotions because they were mailed in.   Perhaps i misread the information about entering them online only.
