The whole article is pure horse manure. Many students male and female lose all morals when they attend college. These students come from good homes and good parents. But when they arrive at college straight out of high school, they are unprepared for what is waiting for them. They enter a world that is drug infested and constant partying. You have to be a strong individual to not give in to that temptation around you. Does it affect all, no. But for the vast majority drugs had a lot to do with sex assaults on women. They become prime targets for sexual deviants that cannot relate to females in the normal sense.
