An ever present, and, still very real struggle for even pre-school black children TODAY...and we're told to 'knock off' all the complaining about the struggles of 100 years ago. This is the very reason some people's tongues should be cut with a raggedy, rusty knife.

Loser, another one of your missing the point. Do you ever stop think before you post? How many of those boys are growing up with out a father? The struggles of a 100 years ago has not one thing to do with the fact, 72% of Black births are unwed mothers and kids growing up without fathers. There are thousands of Black men walking around, who have 3 and 4 different "baby mamas". You and so many other Black social dependents, keep ignoring those facts. The U.S Treasury does not have enough money to solve ignorance.
