Yeah - My first prediction that came out was for ON Pick 3 Friday, Jan 16 evening draw -  238 !

This was commonly predicted by many however, and the win was box $1.00 bet winning only $78.70.  Pathetically, I didn't play it as I thought the number had gone into hibernation....

Following Tungsten Chef's thread about new moons, I've done some research into triples falling after new and full moons and there seems to be a pattern with triples (if they are due perhaps) coming out about 4-5 days after.  The next new moon is Tuesday, January 20 in the morning.  Am thinking there will be many more triples in 2015 so perhaps we'll see (at least in Ontario Pick 3)  888, 111, 444, 000.  The 44_ combo has just come out again across Pick 3 and Pick 4 so this may be setting up for a 4-4-4 triple around January 24-27.  Good luck all!
