Okay, I'm going to assume they mean 'illegally-owned- firearms' being turned in with no questions, and, folks that run around without jobs and training. Law abiding citizens with legal guns cannot protect themselves and their families with a gun. I like the whole idea but, some people may not want to do better in the end. Welding pay top dollars, though, especially when under water and welding pipelines...$$$$$.

I meant to say ' protect themselves and their families without a gun.' Surprised I wasn't charged up on that one. I guess they all know me better by now which is a good thing.
