Two wrongs never make a right and this dumbazz rattles off some rounds into a crowd and hits two cops. Personally, I believe he was intending to hit the cops based purely on the DOJ's findings. However, he has a little rap sheet so he can't be pissed with anyone for any reason as he's a da*ned CRIMINAL. That being said, and not in any way trying to justify anything, who knows which officers were involved in all that illegal activity? LL, I agree with you. This idiot, so he says, was shooting at someone else other than the police. That suppose to make what he did OK. Moron.
