Pena, 51, of Tampa plans to buy a new truck, invest in real estate and spend his winings on family. He used birthdays of family members to choose the winning numbers.
He purchased the winning ticket at the Publix in Hillsborough Plaza. Pena's wife entered a 7-Eleven store to check on the numbers. She called her husband with the surprising news, a Florida Lottery press release said.
Tampa Tribune
They just love saying he/she won with birthday numbers don't they? I don't always use popular number selection techniques, but it'd be nice to see them say he/she won using such and such number selection methods by such and such maker.
i'd love to win using birtday numbers....
I'll be playing all the games in Florida this week!
Mega Money winners used to automatically be paid in lump sum.
