The Oregon Lottery today held the state's fifth raffle drawing — the second it has held near Thanksgiving.

The appropriately-named Thanksgiving Raffle resulted in two new millionaires and over two thousand other prize winners.

A complete list of winning numbers for the drawing can be found at Lottery Post's Oregon Lottery Results page.

This year's Thanksgiving Raffle has twice as many winners as last year's because the lottery doubled the number of available tickets.  Even with the much larger pool of tickets for sale, the lottery still had no trouble selling out all tickets before the drawing.

The game has a total of 2,022 cash prizes, with two top prizes of $1 million cash each.

Raffle tickets went on sale Sunday, Sept. 26, and cost $10 each. The complete inventory of 500,000 tickets was sold out prior to the drawing.

Ellie Combs, who lives in Lake Oswego, won the $1 million prize in the first Thanksgiving Raffle last year. Combs purchased her winning raffle ticket at a Safeway store in Lake Oswego.

All $100 prizes can be paid at any Lottery retail location, but the $20,000 prizes and the $1 million grand prize must be collected at the Lottery office at 500 Airport Road SE in Salem during regular business hours or by mail (registered mail recommended).

Winners have one year from November 23, 2010 to claim their prize.

The limited number of tickets available gave players better odds than traditional lottery games such as Megabucks and Powerball. And unlike those games, the raffle guaranteed there would be winners.

So where's all the Oregon players?

Planting Oregano?

Getting Organized?

Gone to Orlando?

Hah! Just as I've suspected for years!

Nobody actually lives in Oregon. Nobody human anyway.

It's a giant, government protected UFO base!
