I Agree!, MDguy.  Plus, it still amazes me that these thieving employees are allowed to continue their theft for over 3.5 years (while often even being "watched" by officials for over one year)!

The reason some of these thieves are not caught right away is because they steal in chunks.A little this week, skip a month,  hoping that no one would notice that they have already established a pattern of getting away with it and feeling a sense of entitlement. Its similar to someone who constantly tells lies- it actually gets to a point where they start believing in their own lies and will become militant if anyone disagrees with their " lies".

Sometimes all you have to do is disagree with someone and they will do the same thing.

Good catch. Someone check his IP.

The "ya digg" is a dead giveaway, hardly ever hear that expression. I had to go look it up in the Urban Dictionary to see if there were any new meanings I was unaware of. #5 may be appropriate. Smile

$67,000 in winnings were supposed to go to honest people who BUY not STEAL the tickets for a chance to win. Scratch-offs are already hard enough to win but when ya got someone stealing winning tickets it doesnt make it any easier. It's a shame because if it's going on there, it's going on in a lot of other places too.

I walk into certain stores and sometimes observe the lottery clerks scratching away at tickets. There is  no way for me to tell if they have bought the tickets or not, so I sometimes do think to myself  they are scratching tickets without paying for them possibly after observing someone scratch a loser on the same game, and then throw the ticket into the garbage. They think they have a chance to scratch a winning ticket if the previous tickets purchased within that same game that were sold were losing tickets.

Now of course i'm not saying every lottery agent does this and can't be trusted, but unfortunately there is a percentage of lottery agents who are dishonest theives, such as stealing scratch-offs, telling an unexperienced player their ticket is not a winner if being asked, then throwing it into the garbage and then picking it out from the trash later once the victim leaves the store.  I appreciate all of the honest agents who don't steal scam or rip off customers but it's dissapointing there are bad ones out who do these  things.I RARELY buy scratch-offs but this story certainly won't make me excited  about buying some in the future
