Ohio Classics is $60.7 Million. If you opt for the lump sum, you walk away with about $21 million after taxes I will take that any day of the week :)

Oregon megabucks does not get that high so I only play it when it gets above $8 million.  It takes a while to do that.-weshar75

I live in Wisconsin, my wife's family lives in Michigan so when visit in May 2014 I will make a stop at the nearest Ohio border gas station to buy 10 lines for 10 draws for the Classic Lotto game. It's sound crazy driving another 1 and a half hour to OH just to buy Classic Lotto tickets but I have been following this jackpot for a year now. I actually like the idea of hitting the lottery in another state (especially OH) that way I remain anonymous.

If you win in Ohio and you are smart enough to claim your prize anonymously no one will ever know and you can enjoy your new found wealth without anybody botheing you.

I remember when members of this forum didnt think we'd ever cross the $400,000,000 mark.  Ill gladly pick up the winners Jackpot Wednesday.  My home will be this one in Maryland.

Are you sure you want that. It will take weeks to iron all those curtains.

I've actually started only playing the CA Super Lotto Plus. I'm confident enough in my business savvy and ideas that I could turn 5 million into hundreds of millions, the SLP is 20m right now, though. It just came to me the other week, the only reason to play the MM and PB over SLP is if you couldn't turn a few millions into a lot more. Billion dollar businesses have been started for a lot less.

If I ever won just the 8 million SLP, I'd just set a few million off to the side in case things didn't go right and then start a business. I bet in 3-4 years time that business would be generating more revenue a year than you'd get for the annual annuity on this jackpot.

The SLP also has that 2nd chance thing where they pick 5 winners every week to win 15k each, there is also a 600k drawing coming up. Even with the 15k, I could take that and be generating 5 times that a year just off the internet.

If I had that house the first thing I would do is fire the landscaper.

One of those stripes in the grass is crooked and I would not tolerate it!

You can't let those people push you around.
