I like the dream homes that have been posted, I would go with this one.

Nice, very nice.

Did you exchange a walk on part in the war ?

For a lead role in a cage?

I love looking at houses on the realtor websites. Those mansions are a dream. I'm starting to think that should I ever win, I should buy a huge property and get my own house built on it.

I want a real sized movie theater in mine. :)

I have followed this particular home for at least 4 years. Thats a great exterior shot, but it doesnt do it justice for the 20,000 square foot elegance on the inside.

If you can turn $5 million into hundreds of million why even wait to win the lottery?

There are countless numbers of investment bankers and venture capitalist who would be dying to see your business proposal. If your ideas are that strong, I doubt you would even have to invest any of your own funds.

You also mentioned turning 15k into a 5-fold gain within a year. With that kind of return, you most likely have plenty of people near you who would front the entire amount for a portion of the profits.

Is that house in the Bethesda/Potomac area? if it is, I believe it's been on the market for quite sometime. I think there was also an issue with squatters a while ago.

Has bad weather had anything to do with the size of the jackpot ?

Since the start of 2013 there have been 4 jackpots that went over 300 million and this is them with the number of rollovers.

                    $338 million with 12 rollovers

                    $590 million with 13 rollovers

                    $448 million with 12 rollovers

                    $399 million with 11 rollovers

Right now there have been 15 rollovers and the estimated jackpot is $400 million. Could bad weather across much of the country the last month be part of the reason the JP is sitting at $400 million after 15 rollovers? If the $399 million was that much after 11 rollovers just imagine how big it would have been if it had just rolled over 2 more times. There have been some serious snow and ice storms hit in the last few weeks so i imagine theres been people who planned on playing the day of the drawing but might have been unable to drive that day. Or is it a combo of bad weather and so many large jackpots the last couple of years that people dont go as crazy over large jackpots like they previously did? Not that 400 mill isnt a nice figure but after 15 rollovers it seems like it should be much larger.

I am sure the bad weather plays a roll, not seeing many elderly out, unless they send a younger family member.

Some winners don't think about the extra expenses. Can you imagine what the snow plow bill would be.

Nice jackpot amount, it has been a while since I posted. Anywho, I digress. With that kind of money, student loans would be paid off for myself and my loved ones, of course outstanding debts to be paid off, would be followed suit. The rest of the huge bounty well, just zen out and comport myself.Group Hug
