C'mon dude you know its true. Imma say it asomThe majority of the big jackpot winners are always some old man or an old woman or some type of greedy a$$ rich folk who are already worth million on their own. For example, Jack Whitaker ang Gloria Mckenzy. Now u dig?...lol

Whoa, touch a nerve?

The chances of it rolling once again i guess would depend on the amount of tickets sold for the drawing. The last drawing tickets sales totaled about 146 mill so that would be about 73 mill combinations played. Since the odds are around 175 mill to 1 then if i am figuring this right that would come out to about 42% of the combinations were played. I am sure ticket sales will be higher for this coming drawing. If ticket sales for this drawing were say 250 mill that would be 125 mill combinations played out of 175 mill which would be a little over 70%. That means there would be about a 30% chance of it not being hit. I know that there are some combinations that come up more then once in a drawing but as far as true odds go if they were to have 350 mill in ticket sales then that would mean every combination should be covered. I was looking back on ticket sale history for both PB and MM over the last several years and only noticed 1 time where there were more in ticket sales then in possible combinations and that the JP rolled over. In March of 2012 before they changed the matrix for MM and the odds were not as high as they are now the advertised annuity JP was at 363 mill and the ticket sales were about 191 mill which should have covered all the combinations. No one hit it and it rolled and the JP ended up at 656 mill. Ticket sales for that drawing were 651 mill.

Well, it would be 42% of combinations played IF every ticket was a unique combination. We know this is not the case. There are many duplicates, and the more tickets sold the more duplicates there will be. For 73 million tickets sold we would expect a little more than 13 million duplicates. For the PB record jackpot in 2013 only 80% combinations were sold, despite more than 232 million tickets purchased. Assuming random selection, to cover every combination it would require about a billion tickets.

Anyway, based on my own sales estimate (which is higher than MUSL's forecast at the moment), Wednesday's drawing will likely have about a 45-50% chance of being hit. Not being hit and seeing higher sales would put us into the 97th percentile, which means that less than 3% of the time the game continues rolling over. However, this is not to be confused with the probability of a specific drawing rolling over.

I am in for the next draw (QP) so good luck everyone Smile

If the chances of winning the jackpot are so slim, why play when the jackpot is so small? Your chances never change, but the potential payoff does.
If a crystal ball showed you the future of the rest of your life, and in that future you will never win a jackpot, would you still play?

All it takes, is a $2.00 ticket, with the right six numbers in order and nothing else matters.

        Trick #1

        1 2 3 ? ? ?

Step 1. Print this page and take a pen

Step 2. Write 12 of your favorite numbers (1-59) in the blank spaces (A-L):
        A=__ B=__ C=__ D=__ E=__ F=__ G=__ H=__ I=__ J=__ K=__ L=__

Step 3. Just below you see 6 tickets. Replace each letter code (A-L) with the corresponding number that you entered in the blank spaces from step 1.

        Ticket 01 = A B D I J = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 02 = A C G J K = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 03 = B C E K L = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 04 = C D F H I = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 05 = D F H I K = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 06 = E F G H L = __ __ __ __ __

Step 4. Pick 1 random number between 1 and 35. Add this bonus number to each of the 6 tickets

        Your guarantee is …

At least 3 correct numbers if the 5 main numbers drawn are within your selection of 12 favorite numbers

        Trick #2

        1 2 3 4 ? ?

Step 1. Print this page and take a pen

Step 2. Write 8 of your favorite numbers (1-59) in the blank spaces (A-H):
        A=__ B=__ C=__ D=__ E=__ F=__ G=__ H=__

Step 3. Just below you see 6 tickets. Replace each letter code (A-H) with the corresponding number that you entered in the blank spaces from step 1.

        Ticket 01 = A B C D H = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 02 = A B C E F = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 03 = A C D E G = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 04 = A C D F H = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 05 = B C D F G = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 06 = B E F G H = __ __ __ __ __

Step 4. Pick 1 random number between 1 and 35. Add this bonus number to each of the 6 tickets

        Your guarantee is …

At least 4 correct numbers if the 5 main numbers drawn are within your selection of 8 favorite numbers

        Trick #3

        1 2 3 4 5 ?

Step 1. Print this page and take a pen

Step 2. Write 6 of your favorite numbers (1-59) in the blank spaces (A-F):
        A=__ B=__ C=__ D=__ E=__ F=__

Step 3. Just below you see 6 tickets. Replace each letter code (A-F) with the corresponding number that you entered in the blank spaces from step 1.

        Ticket 01 = A B C D E = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 02 = A B C D F = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 03 = A B C E F = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 04 = A B D E F = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 05 = A C D E F = __ __ __ __ __
        Ticket 06 = B C D E F = __ __ __ __ __

Step 4. Pick 1 random number between 1 and 35. Add this bonus number to each of the 6 tickets

        Your guarantee is …

At least 5 correct numbers if the 5 main numbers drawn are within your selection of 6 favorite numbers

Which of the above 3 Tricks is the Best Trick?

All 3 wheels are brilliant, but the better the wheel’s guarantee, the fewer numbers you can wheel …

… and the fewer numbers you wheel, the more difficult it becomes to trap ALL the winning numbers (which is a REQUIREMENT to make a wheel work).

Now that’s a real pity, so Snip uses a different strategy …

Snip wheels all 59 numbers FIRST to create a fail-safe number reduction platform. The outcome is 6 reduction panels.

Because of that “fail-safe” guarantee, at least one of those 6 reduction panels holds ALL the winning numbers.

By definition, picking 5 numbers from fewer numbers is easier than picking 5 numbers from more numbers, and because ALL the winning numbers are trapped in one or more reduction panels, picking a possible jackpot winning combination from these panels becomes much easier.

nah not like that. You shouldn't be so quick to assume. I wouldn't hypothetically abandon family members over money. My family live 7 hours away I see them once a year if that and talk to them every couple of months. Not on Skype either. We have no relationship.

have my kids who live with me but yes I would be gone in a minute with my kids... It's nice to dream.

Good luck to everyone on this site...

I don't understand how any person (adult or child) can talk/share on the phone with relatives every couple of months and feel that they have no "relationship" with them.

              jack27,

How about examples like the 19 year old girl in Georgia who won MM the first time she played, or the female corrections officer in NY who thought she played one jackpot game, actually played a different one, and won the jackpot?

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

              Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Should I win the jackpot, I think I'll dress as the Left Shark and dance with unmitigated joy and reckless abandon upon receipt of my winnings.
