There were no Mega Millions jackpot winners Friday but 271,367 players across the nation won a total of almost $1.5 million in prizes.

Because no one correctly matched all six numbers in Friday's drawing the jackpot grew to an estimated $42 million, with a cash option of $24 million.

Two lucky players matched the first 5 numbers for a $175,000 prize: 1 in Ohio and 1 in Virginia.
