What's wrong with a fixed lottery?
I recently made this post in a thread about fixed lotteries, but nobody answered. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Exactly what does it mean for a lottery to be fixed? When a lottery puts a particular scratch-off series on sale, they already know exactly how many tickets will be sold in that series and exactly how much they'll pay out. The only mystery is who will be lucky enough to win...

patience is the key
i started this first part of the year off pretty good.i hit on a couple of pick 4 straights online and won nearly five grand and was sitting pretty.the middle part of the year i won nothing and it was hard but i'm getting used to the fact that these wins don't grow on trees,lol.the one goal i've yet to hit is winning a dollar straight wager on pick 4 online.i've got four numbers i'm betting and if they hit thats nine grand.i also back that up with a dollar bet at the gas statio...
