What is NY State's rationale for taking back welfare payments from Lottery winners that have collected welfare-aid to dependent children etc. Maybe they figure that they gambled with the state's money-the welfare - so they should pay the money back to the public treasury. Today picked up my car after having it repaired but during the day I spent my time planning to go to the casino this evening. An thoughout the day I didn't even remember the fact I had my car in the shop. Hi, does anyone no the number for briefcase. My bf dreamt that he was checking my car and in the hood he found a briefcase with 2million dollars. He took some of the money out and he left the rest there. However the money belonged to someone else but it was my car and i was killed because some of the money was missing. any suggestions....
