Updated Neighbors Files

New year New system
So in the never ending quest for a winning system, it's always ending up back to excel.
The challenge for the new system was to keep it cheap enough to stick with, hence the new strategy
Alternate between Pick 3 Pick 4 and Pick 5 (different game per week) Play one straight and one box for day and night only play on days I work (4 per week)
Given these parameters, play on the pick 3 and pick 4 is $2 p...

Well, finding a new layout hasn't been as easy as I hoped...
...despite the fact that I've had experience with PHP/MySQL-based software (such as content management software (CMSes), Wikis, etc.). So, I've opened the new home of my Lotto Hideout to the public with the layout that I already had. I did away with the special HTML pages that I had to do because of technical difficulties with my Excel pages on my LP space. The classic Excel pages are back on all denominations...

Scalar Gray Scale to Color Vector
I've been exploring the Gaussian Blur and have had some good results using Photoshop to get the blurring and color gradient worked in, but that's not a very exacting way of doing the Probability Density. I've come up with a Sine Wave Corrected Color Curves for the Photoshop Color Curves so it can be applied to the Scalar Gray Scale generated by the Gaussian Blur in our test application. It smooths out the colors a little better than the Photoshop Bezier Curves. I just couldn't quite tweak tho...
