The state of Oregon according to the Oregon Lottery only accounts for 2% of all of Powerballs total play. Yet we still had 4-5+0 winners this last saturday night so I guess for one of the smaller jurisdictions in the game of Powerball we are getting pretty good with lady luck.-weshar75...
