If you live in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, odds don t matter, it is EXTREMELY easy to win if you buy tickets in those states.

Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle - XXIV
I've re-thought how I'm going to play the Millionaire Raffle. During prior raffles, I usually (but not always) delayed buying the majority of my tickets until close to the drawing date. Because there will be one Early Bird drawing per week until the Main drawing on July 8th, I'm thinking I'm going to buy at least one ticket each week from now until July 8th. I'll post ticket numbers as I get them. G5

Been watching The PA Lottery's website looking to see if tickets are on sale for a July 4th Millionaire Raffle. Nothing yet and it's almost May 1st! I see they have a Millionaire scratch off going... What's up with no raffle? Anybody know/heard anything? G5

Pennsylvania 2nd Chance Drawing
Does anyone know how they pick the winners and is it available to witness? The first part of this went off a couple weeks ago. 10 winners each received $10,000 and if I'm not mistaken, 9 of those were women. What are the odds of that lol? Yep, somethings fishy for sure lol (; Anyway, I have somewhere near 2,000 entries for the January drawing for $100,000 and wouldn't that be a great start to the new year.
