How is it possible for this person to hit the Numbers Almost every day?
One thing we know for sure, she is NOT doing it in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. They don't have a Pick 3 game. It would have to be either Connecticut or the Tri-State games.

Thanks Will! I had backed out some of what you describe based on your previous posts and had already started setting up my Excel Spreadsheet for backtesting of my state (Connecticut), and your latest post filled in the gaps. Off I go to backtest, will report later

Any Update on New Years's Raffles?
I only won $100 on the Connecticut Super Draw. My first win on any lottery raffle I have ever played. I bought 8 tickets. And apparently, the CT lottery screwed up the drawing and they will do another one with winners from the first drawing being eligible for the second one. So I like that I have another chance to win the $1,000,000 due to the CT lottery's incompetence.

Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle - XXIV
A few years ago, Connecticut held a twice per year million dollar SuperDraw raffle, but not any more. I used to buy those tickets too. (Where I live in NY is closer to CT than PA) G5

Florida Lottery Holiday Millionaire Raffle
That sucks big time. I've seen a couple of raffles that didn't sell out, but the states that sponsored them didn't delay the drawing to extend sales. In July of 2014, Connecticut sold less than half of the maximum of 275,000 tickets in their millionaire raffle. It was held as scheduled, but they haven't held one since it happened either. I cant help but wonder if they don't have them any more because of what happened. G5

Cash 4 Life Coming to PA. For current players in Other States, this is Bad!
I'm a New York State resident and I rarely play Cash 4 Life. I'm not exactly sure when the game began here in NY, it might be six months old. I started to play it when it first came out, but the odds and 2 dollars per line soon turned me off. I didn't consider the fact that the game doesn't scale. It never occurred to me that as states were added it would not be a good thing. As for Lucky For Life, that game is not available here in New York, but it's available in nearby Connecticut. I ha
