But mentally it can get just tedious to keep the mind focused. To think about lotto non stop is to think about gambling non stop. technically this is sometimes mental overload Yes, and both of these can become very non-productive as you're trying too hard to force your way to a dependable system. In my personal experience, I discovered some of my absolute best ideas by just taking regular breaks from constant brainstorming. Some were a couple of days while others were actually weeks.
