How do you actually pick your numbers?Reply
When I first started playing I used street numbers from places I'd lived. IIRC, all but one were birthday numbers. I think NY lotto only had 40 numbers at the time so it didn't matter much that most of my numbers were ones other people might play more often. At some point after that I switched to a combination of numbers that I figured most people wouldn't choose, hoping to increase my chance of being a sole winner. Then they introduced quick picks, so 70 to 80% of players no longer have numbers

The jackpot is now fully funded from sales and starting to increase by more than the minimum $10 million. The Powerball jackpot is still slowly catching up to the Mega Millions jackpot. The Mega Millions jackpot is $45 million larger than the Powerball jackpot. A week ago, it was $64 million larger.

They had to have cheated. Don't be ridiculous. It's so easy to win there's no reason to cheat even if you could. One complaint would justify being upset with the price increase, a constant complaint is overkill. You know that there are two of you that are making your complaint over and over, right? I could understand someone like Elon Musk calling $10 million measly I don't imagine anyone here actually thinks any of the advertised jackpots are chump change, but so far I do

I don't think anyone defended the price increase. Except for the M.S.L.U. I could be wrong though. But I also can't speak for anyone else. But to me. It is what it is. And honestly it's saving me money. Because I buy less. But if it did drop back down to it's original price. I definitely would not be complaining.
