I actually have a 32+ cartoon stock pile of cigarettes I bought before the Ill. state tax kicked in on July 1st. I'll buy my cigs from the internet (indian resevations) or from Indiana (17.5 cents state tax only per pack but a long drive). Or if I'm really lazy I could find a Ill. state employee that smokes and beat him/her to death like he/she was a baby seal. And steal his/her cigarettes. I've seen old videos of Canadians beating cute little baby seals to death for their white fur. Really mess
