Some states do not post their total payouts and number of winners on their websites and some do as far as what they paid out for a particular number on a drawing. Now if you are looking for the payout for a particular wager, go to lottery results, state, prizes/odds.

The Megaplier multiplier number is chosen at random by computerized drawing in Texas at around the same time the Mega Millions numbers are drawn in Georgia. Megaplier was invented by the Texas Lottery as an add-on available only in that state, but was later available in all of the Mega Millions states except California starting in 2010. The Megaplier continues to be drawn in Texas. Got that from USAMega.

I agree, I would do a U.S. based group. I came up with this, these syndicates should have bylaws that each member needs to sign or something that clearly says top prizes will be shared evenly among *members who participated in the drawing* This should keep everybody honest. I've read articles where the winnings were halted or disputed in court the judge ended up breaking it up or the person was convinced to share!
