Oh, OK. I understand their opinions, but I disagree with their terminology. Although Quinto is different than other games, I reserve the term non-standard to mean lotto games that use something other than numbers for at least part of the results. (At Lottery Post I use the term Non-Traditional , although Non-Standard is close enough.) For example, the multi-state game Wild Card 2 is considered Non-Traditional because the drawing results consist of 5 numbers plus a playing card. (Like Ja

Todd: I'm directing this at you because Washington State has two 'oddball' games with formats NJ has tried. #1- Quinto is a pick-5 game that uses _playing_cards_ instead of the usual 1-thru-X. You had a 5-Card-Lotto in 1988-1990. (Ironically, Quinto has 52 balls-which means players might use playing cards to pick MegaMillions numbers.) #2-WA also has a 'Lotzee'-type game, Lucky-for-Life , which is a mostly quick-pick game, and, the $1000-per-week-for-life top prize would be better suite

Very well thought out.Quinto was modeled on NJ 5-Card Lotto, which lasted only a couple years. How long has Quinto been played?

Once you do that I will give you the Quinto chart.And as I also mentioned earlier I do nnot base any predictions or forecasts on sums and roots. But for you I will make an exception.In addition it is not my fault that you never learned anything else than the decimal system.

With MM coming to Washington state, I would like to see your lottery make two changes to your existing games: 1) Replace Quinto with a pick-5 ALL-NUMBER game (the playing card theme works much better with scratch games) and 2) scrap Lucky for Life (the $1000/wk-for-life grand prize also makes more sense in scratch-off games.) A pick-5 ALL-NUMBER game should be drawn more often than 2x/week in place of Quinto and LFL .
