computerized drawings set to take over the lottery in a few years?
Apparently there were two separate auditors to check the drawings Smartplay International Inc. and Gaming Laboratories Inc., both of which are based in New Jersey (hmmmm....). (Documented here: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/161364) The type of auditor you are referring to, like KPMG, audit the financial side of things, like jackpots, other prizes, distribution of funds, balance sheet, etc. The gaming auditors above are supposed to be able to determine if a drawing machine is operating

Paranoid or Prudent?
@jarasan <>You are indeed right! I stand corrected. I didn't see that was a free ticket. WOW! Winning a free quick pick and then winning on that quick pick takes even more skill than buying one. And you are correct again.we all know that judges, police, doctors and indeed lottery officials can be corrupt. I simply maintian that when you see all the stories about lottery corruption...across state lines and international boundires...you must begin to question the integrity of lo

Would you go For Humans to draw the Balls?
In some parts of the world, humans are used more directly to select the winning numbers. Whether being asked to be a button presser that activates the trap doors at some draws here in Canada...or people used in dangerous ways, like in the Orient where professional archers are used to shoot arrows at giant spinning wheels to get the winning numbers. If an arrow ever deflected and shot back into the audience....OUCH ! That should be a post in itself, the strange way lotteries are drawn

Living off of the lottery...

If you look at it from the bright side, the animals are getting in shape; they working out, specially horses and dogs. However i wonder how many times they race those animals a day? if is 2 times is super o.k. I don't think they should put 16 horses on the same track and race them, is too much. 8 horses should be the limit. And the payout should be no more than

Online Lottery Soon to be Illegal/new law
four4me Yes, it might even be possible to open an account thru the Internet without even going there at all, paper-work if any could be sent thru regular mail and money tranfers made in one of many possible ways. Maybe even thru Mexico, but if not from there, then from somewhere over-seas. Thru Mexico might be easy, maybe just a short visit to the closest border town. Or Canada. Also. Are there any international banks? That is banks that are both on the U.S.A and in other countrie

Interesting reading...
Here is the letter I sent to the MO Lottery Office via e-mail the other day.I read an article the other day about MO lottery sales being down. Ifthat is the case, then I thought I would give you a clue as to why thisis. It is the computerized drawings. I know several (long time, loyal)players who quit playing when you went to computerized drawings, meincluded. I have spent as much a $20 dollars a day in the past on the lottery. But ever since you have started the very untrustworthy and non-rand

Will debt ceiling be increased?
Looky looky, look what I found.... Ha ha....Put this in your pipe and smoke it. Liberal my ASS !!! From a national survey by Fair which showed that the idea that the mainstream media have a liberal bias has long been conventional wisdom. At various times, public figures and media personalities from Richard Nixon, Newt Gingrich, Bill O'Reilly, Neil Cavuto, Sean Hannity and Rupert Murdoch of Fox Networks (Rupert Murdoch now major stock holder of The Wall Street Journal) they and others have

Master Guide book by Gail Howard as PDF or ebook
You're not going to find a PDF copy, if you did it would be a bootleg copy. On the GH site near the bottom of the home page it says they have products for international sale and there is a drop down menu with Korea on it. That open a page with some items with mention the Korean game sizes that should be covered, but they no longer ship these books selling them through Amazon, however the link to the Amazon page is the book in English I did look around and didn't see any mention of
