They draw megaplier/power play when the winning numbers are drawn, not a day before. The Power Play multiplier number is chosen at random just before the Powerball winning numbers are drawn. The Megaplier multiplier number is chosen at random by computerized drawing in Texas at around the same time the Mega Millions numbers are drawn in Georgia.

Okay I did mention I would post charts. This is the sum chart for Texas Two Step. The sum is 72 which has the highest win rate. Game data is on the left. The overall matrix data is on the right. The numbers are irrelevant. What we are concerned with is the row of gaps between them. When we play a sum, we are targeting a specific area, or areas of the matrix. Texas Two Step winning numbers last night 2, 6, 8, 16, 32. On the whole the drawn combinations have been on the high side and last night it was like the bottom fell out. Such an intriguing pattern as well. 2, then (2*3), 6, (2*4), 8, (2*8), 16, (2*16), 32. Not something we expect to see often. G

Yes! Most states have 2 drawings per day. Some have one. 2 have 3 drawings, and 1 (Texas) has 4. A few states 'don't' have drawings on Sunday.
