How can the lottery Mm and Pb even out the odds of other places winning?
Here are the 5+1 hits only list along with population totals from 2007-2014.
There are a few things to note that may change the numbers slightly:
2007-2008 Mega Millions consist of 12 states 2007-2008 Powerball consist of 31 states 2009 Florida enters Powerball 2009 Arkansas enters Powerball 2010 States start playing both Mega Millions Powerball (not California) April 2013 California enters Powerball
You also need to add the number of Matrix changes in those years.

Diffenet numbers. Yhey're usually qps. I don't understand how it would be sticky wicket tax wise . I am being serious. could you explain it to me please in the mean time I found the tax witholdings for each State on the MM site.
Arizona 5% state withholding (Arizona residents), 6% state withholding (non-Arizona residents)
Arkansas 7% state withholding
California No state tax on lottery prizes
Colorado 4% state withholding
Connecticut 6.7% state withholding
