Yes, it's very telling the advertised jackpot increase is only $10 M after 8 rollovers. In the most recent $2.00 run, the advertised jackpot increase went above $10 M in just 2 rollovers. It would suggest many of the playing population have stopped playing the MM or have severely reduced their MM purchases.

The money sits there waiting for someone to win it in a future drawing. It doesn't increase because double play does not have a progressive jackpot contribution. That's why it's only $1 rather than $2.
