So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
Whether it be: 1. Playing a set of combos from a select group of numbers that you calculate. 2. A formula for buying x amount of tickets. It's considered fraud now? What is considered Bulk ? I have an idea, but I'm curious what do you guys think?
