I am getting harassed by family over a $5,000 lottery win. :(
I recently won $5,000 in the Pick 4 game and gave a family member who was in dire need of $500 exactly $500 to help her out and I told her I won $5,000 in the lottery and told her not to tell anyone else about my lottery win. She thanked me for the $500 and promised not to tell anyone else about my lottery win. She absolutely understood that I didn't want her telling anyone else about the lottery win.
This family member who was supposed to keep this between me and her told one person, w

Is there any method or system that can an predict the first digit that will fall in Pick 3
The following from page 9 of the document spells out how they select which ball sets are used for which live drawing:
The back-up public witness will then be asked to make the random ball set selections. Seventeen (17) sets of ten (10) balls, each numbered 0-9, will be contained in cases labeled A1 through A17 (or the current ball set security codes in service). The back-up witness, by means of a random drawing utilizing the envelope containing seventeen cards designated A1 through A17 (or t

Buying MM or PB lottery tickets
It would be nice if you would use my user name Tucker Black, or just Tucker for short if you want.
To all those people who say that a $3 PB w/PP ticket is the best way to win $2 million... consider this:
Buy three $1 tickets on pick 4 straight (three different number combinations).
If one of them hits, parlay that into 4,800 tickets -- 12 different combinations, and 400 $1 tickets on each one. You still have $200 if that second drawing doesn't win. Win $2 million (400x$5,000) if

LOTTERY POST 25TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY #3
As far as Pick 4, I prefer choosing my own.
Do the research and go from there.
-------------------------------------------------------------
When it comes to jackpot draws,
I'll go QP because the odds are too overwhelming to win the big one.
I used to play my own # but never had more than 4 numbers hits, which never paid much.

is it luckier to buy tickets on the rich side of town?
This is a classic question in sociology and applied economics, and the answer is well-documented by demographic studies and market research in the United States (such as data from the Brookings Institution, the Tax Foundation, and various state lotteries).
The direct answer is: people from all social classes play, but the financial impact, frequency, and motivation are profoundly different between the poorest and the wealthiest.
Here is the breakdown of how lottery consumption

Washington DC Pick 5 1 in 200 million odds
Ok we can disagree. Your counter examples are only for the late draws.
35 consecutive draws for Pick 3 in the Midday/Evening have been singles.
35 consecutive draws for Pick 4 in the Midday/Evening have been singles.
35 consecutive draws for Pick 5 in the Midday/Evening have been singles.
Seems suspicious to me. The more balls you add to a draw for the Pick N games the harder it is to not have a duplicate/repeat number but not for Washington D.C. at the moment.
It's possible th

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
Whether it be:
1. Playing a set of combos from a select group of numbers that you calculate.
2. A formula for buying x amount of tickets.
It's considered fraud now?
What is considered Bulk ?
I have an idea, but I'm curious what do you guys think?
For anyone who doesn't understand, i'll simplify it further:
If I were to track pick 2, pick 3 numbers, pick 4, pick 5 numbers to win, and filter out the results with my combos . It's considered fraud.
