Lottery post has an easy to use tool called the Inspector 3 and by clicking on results , Daily Number Games , Advanced tools and options , and then you can inspect all Pick 3 results shown . I believe the any country tab is set by default but can be changed to U.S. or Canada only. Not sure if access requires premium membership, but if that's what you're looking for, it's well worth the $8 bucks. You have choices where to make predictions. You can hover your cursor on Predictions, then go to Post Predictions on the drop down. You can post up to 50 numbers per drawing in as many states as you want. Or you can click on Forums and make predictions on whatever state or game you want.
