PA Gets Bit by Selling Bug
Although this is not about the Pennsylvania Lottery, it still could foreshadow bad things for Pennsylvania. It appears that Gov. Ed Rendell has been bitten by the selling-the-state bug. They are considering selling the Pennsylvania Turnpike. http://www.kyw1060.com/pages/143072.php?contentType=4 contentId=253997 (This link may not work on or after 12/8/2006.) Funny, many have suspected Pennsylvania's government is for sale. Looks like they want to make it official now. If they do this, the

Pennsylvania Lottery Flawless??
Caution to the wise. This applies to all lottery players across the USA.I collect my Pennsylvania Cash 5 tickets for a month or two then have them checked at my local lottery retailer. I new I had a 3 out-of-5 winner in my collection of tickets. During the scanning at the retailer, I had only a few $1 winners. Super Raffle/Best Michigan games ever?
Let me start by saying I LOVE RAFFLES! That said, $50 a ticket is pricey. Just two top prizes is a little thin too when you consider Pennsylvania used to offer four top prizes of 1 million dollars to each winner out of a possible total of 500,000 tickets sold at $20 each for their raffles. It was a lump sum payout. (minus taxes) Odds were 125,000 to 1. PA's raffle was held twice per year for about twenty years until this year. (Hope they bring it back for next New Years. Pennsylvania didn't

Premium members: can I get your help?
I am looking to shore-up any loose ends in the LP results database and add any remaining data that is missing. In other words, I would like to ensure that we have the complete drawing history of every single game, back to the very first drawing. Most games have this already, but I'm sure there are some that have missing data, even if it is from 30 years ago. Here's where I can use your help: Since premium members have access to the entire LP database, I am looking for premium members to
