What is the tax situation in Puerto Rico?
I noticed that Puerto Rico Loto Cash has been steadily growing and also saw that you can play PowerBall there so I was curious to know how much tax you pay there... turns out its ZERO according to some news articles I have read but I am not too sure those are accurate. It may be the language barrier but I cannot find any trustworthy info about this topic Anybody knows about this?

5 numbers used out of 26. That's a 19.2% chance of being correct. Call it a 1 in 5. You need to cut the numbers used and keep the hit percentage at 19%. Now that would be impressive. Why in the hell are you playing the powerball anyways? Probability math gets lost with that many numbers. Unless you got some crazy good strategy that can break down 69 numbers. why in the world does it take so long for a draw after cutof f . Probably to prevent past posting in any of the 48 PowerBall jurisdictions. Each of them has to certify none of their terminals can print PB tickets before the drawing. They won't conduct the drawing until all the jurisdictions have checked in and because that happened a couple times in the last year, some might make the cutoff time even longer.
