The first time I ever hit a lottery number.. I was about 19..I said to myself, whichever number I see 3 times, I'm going to play it. I saw the digits 3-1-9 in different orders on license plates. Played it .50 box and won $40 that evening. I didn't vote license plates tho.

I think its all rigged. My state started computer draws a year or so ago. Every week they post who won. They call it this weeks winners. Apparently no one ever wins pick 4 anymore. And all the other games seem to go in rotation. One week 7-8 Keno winners prizes range around 10k. Then the next week it will be the computer horse racing game. Around the same amount of winners around the same amount of prizes.Then the week after pick 5. But mysteriously someone around the same area. Around that same

The first 3 digit I ever hit was off the license plate of a guy's car that I had previously confronted and was gonna beat up. Weeks after confronting him, I guess I had grown wisdom enough to forgive him. It was around that time that I hit the number off his license plate. What made me play his license plate number? It was pure coincidence. One day, I was walking down the street when his car rode by. It was then that I decided to play the number on his license plate.

I'm sure in there novel written book size rules they have. There's some kinda legal jargon that they cannot be held liable. Just like when a slot machine malfunctions. Its a woopsie where not paying you. Theres a lawsuit going on right now. With a casino. Also a lawsuit with one of the big multi state games. Casinos and lotterys aren't built on winners. I took that course back in the late 80's. I truly believe that even ole Dale would be shocked at todays culture. Especially the part where one of his principals was not to criticize, condemn or complain. Even he couldn't win friends and influence people with todays mindset.
