how could the computer find patterns in a lottery?
One of the many benefits of being a daily LP visitor is being entertained by the many math-based theorums being offered as a way to win a lottery jackpot. I don't claim to be one of the smartest cards in the deck, but I'm smart enough to know that if there is a mathematical solution to winning the lottery it would have been used to win either one of the recent high dollar jackpots. I've been so very patient in all this...up until now. bobby, just how do you think the that the lottery enti

Lottery Math
http://www.psn.net/xocxoc/math/rawdata.htmLottery MathIs it better to play 50 dollars one week, or one dollar for fifty weeks? The odds of a Lotto style lottery can be found with the formula: n! / (n - r)! r! where n is the highest numbered ball and r is the number of balls chosen. This is called in math a combination. An easier way to think about it is if there are 40 balls and 6 are chosen, there are 40 possible numbers that can come up first, leaving 39 that can come up second, then 38, 37,

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
This is not a math class. This is an interactive comedy show. When you win, you can use your millions to found the Statstalker Institute of Math, Probability Lottery Exporation for Truthseekers Opposed to Naysayers (SIMPLETONs). You will award grants to promising minds to study lottery math under your guidance. Students must sign a pledge to never buy a quick pick or purchase tickets more than 3 minutes before sales end.

I am new here but like what I see...oh merry Christmas.
Lotto Laughs uses LOTTERY MATH in the Majority of her Pick 3/4 systems, NOT Regular Math. You know how to do regular math. In Lottery Math, you do not carry digits over to the next column. Example: 123 123 + 789 +789 ______ _______ 802 [Lottery Math] 912 [Regular Math] This is how most Pick 3/4 systems work [Lottery Math, rather than Regular Math]. Thus, the majority of systems posted here on LP, by everyone else, use Lottery Math. You have to remember this, when you

Reverse engineering
Learning to print your name on the screen is easy.Programming Lottery math/algorithms is not easy.Programming for Windows vs DOS is harder yet. Many users of Excel, here at Lottery Post cannot even program that.I know people that put up web pages for a living that don't know javascript or VB. It just isn't that simple.Sure, people should do their own programming. Trouble is, they'd like to have the program up and running before 2006. They aren't going to finish a single programming book by then

Good Sites Always Page Not Found
Openminded the folks at NASA crunch the lottery numbers and other numbers all the time on their super computers. I believe one of the employees won a big lottery jackpot using his home made formula. There are links to NASA sites but it would take hours finding the one with the lottery math formulas. I think I ran across it a year or so ago if I find it again I will post the web address.

Hans A Adhemar Books. and Isaac E Nwokogba
I'm not familiar with Adhemar or Nwokogba. The best lottery ebook I bought in years is Boyd French's Pick 3 Probability and Smart Wagering. It's not a book that tells you how to pick numbers per se, it's really more of a lottery math book that explains the math behind all the add-on games and side wager plays in P3, and goes into a lot of interesting P3 probability too. I used to have a physical copy of Bluskov's wheels, but I gave it away after I digitized the wheels that I used frequentl
