I'm done playing the lottery
I had a similar run-in with a vending machine in PA last spring. I'd put in $20 and got $12 in tickets out when it suddenly rebooted. In PA, the vending machines are just giant tablets, so I'm standing there looking at a blank gray screen with the operating system starting to load. Annuity or Cash Value
Certainly cash value for me because that is the only *real* number. And, I am not a spring chicken any more... And, as always, I fervently hope that the guy in Washington D.C. would issue an executive order making a mandatory interest rate of 0.00% for all lottery annuities and removing taxation for all lottery winnings, forever.
