hello help in excel, to work with the 4 missing digits of the 10 6 digit strings the 10 strings will always be the same, we will work with the 4 missing digits, we can play the 4 arrays or filter by delay, would ask who knows excel 2010 to be able to test this method, because it eliminates blocks or sequences within the matrix from 0 to 9 . please

I'd like a formula to give the missing diits for any string of digits in an Excel cell. E.g. if cell A1 has 123 I want the formula to show 0456789 if cell A1 has 023467 the formula will show 1589 etc.

It is. Basically the formula would check the original cell for digits 0 to 9 and return missing digits in the reporting cell. I suspect it might involve the lookup function-- HLookup maybe. My Excel is rusty.

From what I've learned since being a member here are there are MANY folks that are willing to help and share there systems and time. I do quite a bit back reading so use the search feature. Todd has done a great job with this forum and has provided some excellent tools. I can tell you from my own experience Back testing takes time. I don't mean 30 minutes or an hour. For me and I'm sure others it takes hours, days, weeks I've back tested for a solid week on pick 3/4 for Texas approx 8-10 a day o

WoW I'm glad you got it. Actually if you read my posts from the beginning of this thread you'll see this was a test sort of, using some basic principals I have done in the past. I gather you are referring to keno. Outside of what I posted in this thread there really isn't much more I can provide. with keno you never know what's gonna happen. The good thing is their websites usually have some kind of history files and all I did was copy their numbers and replaced some of them with the missing
