Michigan lottery fixed?
An accounting firm? One government agency policing another government agency? Or a whole outside agency that there whole sole purpose is to make sure there game is legit? And the company that pays them is the company there checking into? Seems fishy. Just my opinion though. But always remember the name Edward Tippton.

I remember before the government got involved with the lottery, people had to call the number man to find out what the winning numbers were. Still don't know how the winning numbers were picked to this day!

Michigan lottery fixed?
I'm sure in there novel written book size rules they have. There's some kinda legal jargon that they cannot be held liable. Just like when a slot machine malfunctions. Its a woopsie where not paying you. Theres a lawsuit going on right now. With a casino. Also a lawsuit with one of the big multi state games. Casinos and lotterys aren't built on winners.
