Two retired Tibetan Sisters reveal Secret Numbers
All of these facts have been verified by an independent international accounting firm. Verified and confirmed by Dwain Farnsworth below of the Accounting firm of KPMG I do so confirm and verify these system facts and accounting figures Dwain Farnsworth of KPMG (Tibet office)

How The Winners, Not Numbers, Are Picked. A Theorem.
As a resident of upstate New York (not Buffalo) I always disliked the fact that the majority of the press releases for NY's online lottery games show the county where a winning jackpot ticket was sold as either the eight counties that make up the New York City metropolitan area or Erie County. (Buffalo is located in Erie County) But it made sense to me because as Coin Toss stated in his post, More winners are going to come from where more tickets are sold, and more tickets are going to be sold w

rebecca paul needs to be fired
I would say even more important than those things (although going to RNG cannot be topped for ineptitude) is the fact that when the heat started coming on strong, she ordered a $90,000 audit THAT DID NOT INCLUDE WHAT WENT WRONG. That is the coup de gr ce for me. It is utterly ridiculous, and the legislature thought so too. So they were forced to start their own investigation in addition to the $90,000 KPMG audit.

Why does it take so long ...
It may have something to do with the fact that MUSL is a central organization that runs Powerball, and perhaps is easier to reconcile that Mega Millions, which has no central organization running it. (The states jointly operate Mega Millions.)Pre- and Post-Drawings are real drawings that take place before and after the official drawing, to ensure that the machines are properly drawing the numbers randomly. Some states report the numbers drawn during these tests on their web site, but most do

exact same numbers in take five drawing midday and evening What are those odds? it happened yesterd
Joe, even though I'm now living in Florida (I'm a transplant from New York) I can tell you it's a thing that players in New York often play the previous draws numbers all the time, and they have been doing it for years. Personally I always thought doing so was as crazy as those that played 1 2 3 4 5. What happened this past Thursday was exactly what will happen if 1 2 3 4 5 is ever drawn. I cant imagine winning a jackpot (which is so very hard to do) and likely will not ever happen again for the

More shenannigans from the Illinois Lottery
i happen to know someone who works for KPMG (the auditors of the illinois state lottery) and he says its all on the up and up. everything is tested, the balls are weighed before and after the drawings, the machines are tested etc etc. he said it was almost overkill how much security they take into account for this. i should ask about the raffle drawings tho - a lottery official told me a computer makes the selections - GREAT! why wouldnt they at least have the 4 million dollar winn

computerized drawings set to take over the lottery in a few years?
Apparently there were two separate auditors to check the drawings Smartplay International Inc. and Gaming Laboratories Inc., both of which are based in New Jersey (hmmmm....). (Documented here: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/161364) The type of auditor you are referring to, like KPMG, audit the financial side of things, like jackpots, other prizes, distribution of funds, balance sheet, etc. The gaming auditors above are supposed to be able to determine if a drawing machine is operating

High gas prices and lottery spending.
I will now only spend the same amount once the Jackpots get to a level that I like. If they are not at that level, I will not buy tickets. I live in an area of Michigan that rarely ever sees winners. I am tired of reading stories of people in SE Mich who have won multiple times like that guy who got two 1Million dollar winning scratch offs in the same store in Dexter...Or that guy in Saginaw who won the fantasy 5 twice. Or how about that terminal in Jackson that sold Million dollar raffle

Jackpot winner resources: Who would you use? (CPA, Tax, Attorney, etc)
what kind of health insurance do rich people have? I know they just don't pay out of pocket. Actually, being self-insured might make sense if you're rich. The insurance companies make huge profits because they spend less per insured than they charge. In essence, insurance is just like a lottery. Most people will spend more than they collect, and a few will collect more than they spend. Because of that, a good rule of thumb is to not buy insurance for losses you can afford without undue har

computerized drawings set to take over the lottery in a few years?
Here is another question.... Don't these States use independent Auditors ? Price Waterhouse... KPMG ...etc So,,,, Don't the States pay these Geeks Thousands Dollars $$$$$ each year to Audit? Isn't it their job to Audit the actions...preceedings and results of the draws? These are supposed to be the MATH Guys .... The Bean Counters ... The Number Crunchers The guys who oversee the results.... and CERTIFY
