if i had no way to convert it to non-lottery cash, and it was logistically impossible to buy all one thousand pick 3 combinations to convert it to $500, i would resign myself to buying a roll of high dollar scratchers. they have a higher roi than draw games.

For Pick-3, a plan of attack I have considered is looking at the least recent exact winning combinations, especially if they have gone 25+ years without winning (once-daily draws) or 12+ years without winning (twice-daily draws). The law of averages has to catch up to the dry numbers at some point. For me right now, it is a mix of birthdays and frequency charts.
