No, it sure isn't. Wouldn't it be nice if everyone checked with clerks at the stores they buy tickets at and reported back?? Sales are indicative and even the poll taken on this thread is indicating otherwise. Best of luck to all, if you are participating in tonights draw.

With our poll on this thread, there most likely will be a few more headed down that road of waking up and smelling the coffee. After all, When you take a game that was enjoyed/played by millions, add bells and whistles,adjust other aspects, increase the price 150%, eliminate over half of your playing pool......well......you get what you pay for. .....Lipstick on a pig...... I heard this for 2026 Starting January 1, 2026, the federal jackpot tax reporting threshold increases from $1,200 to $2,000 I assume this applies since the huff n puff I have played in casinos is a video slot machine. Why start a poll on the topic if you are not bothered by this option? I realize some members are not tech savvy but I am sure Todd monitors for duplicate accounts. I hear ya MsBee.... I always thought it was nice having 2 options at the same price to have the jackpots rise at noticable rates. The MM is a big yawn and isn't creating the interest that it used to just 10 months ago. The cash value is only running at 10% of what it would be when it was at $2.00 a line. 90% of all other cash jackpots were much higher by this time in the jackpot run. This may be reflective of this poll where nearly 60% are not playing. Has nothing to do with the price of the game. Cash v. Annuity value only depends on the expected return of US 30-yr bonds. The lottery starts with the actual funds they have (=cash value) and then advertise the annuity multiplying the cash value
